Hello everyone!
Today I made a beautiful roast chicken with rice peas with my mother which turned out very tasty.
First we did a stew with salt, bay leaf, parsley, olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, onion. After cook for a moment we add some water, let it boil and put up the peas and some thin slices of carrot. After having cooked a little the peas and the carrot slices we added the rice.
This rice peas engage well with various meats and today was the day of roast chicken purchased in trade.
