Recipe of turnip greens cream

Hi there, how are you?

Today I will present you a cream of turnip greens I did today for my father to help him with his lunch digest. My father has much weight and just do crazy things with his meals I decided to make him a nice cream of turnip greens to help cleanning his body and to facilitate digestion.

Ingredients of turnip green cream for two people :
300 grams of turnip
1 teaspoon brown rice flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 bit salt
semi-skimmed milk
1 bay leaf

Development of the recipe :

First clean thoroughly with water the leaves of turnip greens, let the water boil with a bit of salt, add the turnip greens and let them cook for 10 minutes. Take off the turnip greens for further grinding with the magic wand. In case it gets too consistent add a little milk to ease the crunch.

While the gringing of the turnip is done, we start frying lightly the garlic clove in the fryer (slightly deep) and when the garlic is cooked add the mashed turnip greens. We engage the garlic with the turnip greens with a wooden spoon and then add a tablespoon of brown rice flour. Let the flour cook a little, if it gets too thick add a little milk, and at the end the cream is a delight .

I leave just a note that the kind of flour depends on the peoples taste or want. I chose this because it is full of nutrients, because it was the healthier I had at home. Normally, I also add up to one or two whole eggs after adding the mashed turnip greens in the fryer, but as my father is overweight I didn't add the eggs because he is already consuming too much protein on his plate .

Try and hope you enjoy it, the most annoying part is the washing of turnip greens but everything else is appetizing tasting the cream till its done.
