Water is the main and the essential component of the human body. The human body is 75 % water at birth and nearly 60 % in adulthood. The brain is 75 % of water, blood is 92% of water, bones are 22% of water and muscles 75% of water. Drinking the right amount of water is vital to your health. You will be amazed at the benefits of water. Why is it so important to drink water?
